Our experience with Nik was far removed from any of the horror stories you hear about the unscrupulous behaviour of some Real Estate Agents. Nik was extremely open and honest with us at every step of the way and never came across as pushy or aggressive. At stages where negotiations with the sellers were required, Nik’s approach made us feel that he had our best interests at heart. He genuinely wanted all parties to achieve the best outcome. His balanced approach made us feel at ease and we would be more than happy to purchase another property from Nik. We will certainly look to him in the future if we ever need to sell.
