Easter at Kyilla Markets
To celebrate Easter, Paragon provided free entry to Farmer Damian’s mobile animal farm at the Kyilla Community Farmers’ Market! It was so lovely to see many familiar faces, families, and locals who came down to support the markets!

The Paragon NPTC Quiz Night!
Brought to you by Paragon and the North Perth Tennis Club was a quiz night filled with laughter and friendly competition. The turnout was nothing short of spectacular, marking the largest quiz night in the history of the North Perth Tennis Club.
Kyilla Primary School Colour Fun Run
Paragon Property were proud to support Kyilla Primary School with the grand prize for their Colour Fun Run. One lucky student went home with a Nintendo Switch. What a fantastic event filled with laughter, colour, and community spirit.

The Paragon Property team dedicated some time to pick up rubbish around North Perth, in support of Clean Up Australia Day! Together we are taking action for a cleaner, greener neighbourhood.
Purchasing an A/C for the Vincent Community Shed
Nik and Theo love visiting the Vincent Community Shed in North Perth where we donated a reverse cycle system to allow for members to enjoy year round comfort. We enjoyed meeting the fantastic members over a cup of coffee and are truly inspired by their passion for meaningful projects.
Sponsoring the North Perth Bowling Club
As proud sponsors it was a privilege to attend the opening of the new toilet facilities and enjoy a lovely morning tea at the North Perth Bowling Club.
Donating to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal
Although the festive season can be exciting for some, it can be a stressful time for others, especially the less fortunate. We were proud to be a designated collection point for the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal. In the lead up to Christmas 2023 we were able to donate two boxes worth of supplies for those in need.
Volunteering for the Vincent Community Kitchen Feast
The team at Paragon Property joined other locals to volunteer for the Vincent Community Kitchen Feast, and together, we transformed donated ingredients into delicious meals that would otherwise go to waste. Held one Sunday each month. The Vincent Community Kitchen Feast is precisely what its name suggests – a place to eat and connect.
