My decision to enlist Paragon real estate to help me sell my home was based not only through the recommendation of a family member but also because I was impressed by their representative (Theo who is also part owner of the business) at our initial consultation. His presentation was very professional and “real” in terms of explaining the process of sale and expectations of outcomes, and how Paragon would nurture me through the process. In addition, his honest approach and sound knowledge of the business and the area gave me a lot of confidence.
Once Paragon was appointed solo agent, Theo personally assisted me greatly in linking me with professional and capable people/businesses to help me in my preparations for the sale of my home, and was always immediately available when contacted for assistance on any matter related to the sale. It was therefore no surprise that within days of my home being available for public inspection we received firm realistic offers of purchase.
I cannot stress enough my opinion that Paragon is well managed and a professionally run business with genuine ethics, real traditional values and good old-fashioned service at its core. The Paragon “team” performed fantastically, were always enthusiastic, very knowledgeable with IT equipment and sales due process, and which at the end of the day made what is normally a very stressful experience to actually be a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Thank you very much Theo (and the team) for your courteous, patient, professional and friendly service. A lovely thoughtful surprise post the sale of my home was not only the lovely hamper gifted by Paragon, but also the beautifully crafted and presented photobook of my house at the time of sale.
