This made me feel extremely confident as it showed there is a streamlined process that they follow and it’s very effective. Communication was regular and I always felt informed of every step of the process. When Theo took over due to Nik being away, it was a seamless transfer, with Nik arranging for me to meet with Theo before he left. I can’t recommend Nik and the team at Paragon high enough.
