Had an amazing experience with Stacey at Paragon Property, can fairly say she’s the best property manager I’ve had.

I had a few concerns at my property and fully expected to be dismissed and not taken seriously, but Stacey was so understanding and took my concerns seriously. She went out of her way to ensure I felt comfortable and my concerns were addressed.

Upon breaking lease, I was worried about all the fees involved and Stacey was so patient and explained all the fees and breakdowns, even reassuring me when I worried we couldn’t find a replacement tenant. She also replies to emails very promptly which made everything so much easier and less stressful.

The whole experience was so smooth and easy with Stacey and I can only hope my future property managers are as good! Thank you, Stacey 🙂
