Perth continues to offer favourable selling conditions for vendors due to a persistent supply-demand imbalance. Houses are selling at near-record speeds, averaging just 30 days on the market, the fastest among all capitals. Units are also moving quickly, averaging 50 days on the market — close to the lowest in over 17 years and currently one of the fastest among the capitals. Strong demand is driving price growth and maintaining robust market dynamics. Total supply has become extremely tight dropping to a new low, now 22% below the same time last year and 43% lower compared to the five-year average.
