Sales activity decreased two per cent in Perth last week, with REIWA members reporting 952 transactions.
This decrease can be attributed to a 16 per cent decline in unit sales, however house sales increased two per cent and vacant land sales increased 13 per cent.
Properties for sale
There were 9,054 properties for sale in Perth at the end of last week, which is two per cent more than the previous week.
A closer look at listing stock levels shows house listings decreased one per cent, listings for units decreased two per cent and listings for vacant land decreased two per cent.
Last week’s total figure is two per cent higher than four weeks ago and 20 per cent lower than a year ago.

REIWA members reported there were 2,815 properties for rent in Perth at the end of last week, which is one per cent less than the previous week.
Last week’s rental listings figure is two per cent lower than four weeks ago and 38 per cent lower than a year ago.
